Terrence is Franklin Templeton's Executive Vice President, Head of Public Markets Investments and a member of the Executive Committee. He is responsible for setting strategy and driving organizational development for Franklin Templeton's Public Markets business.
In addition, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Mitrade. He also serves as Chairman of Mitrade's Governance and Risk Management Committee. Terrence's leadership is based on 35 years of experience in the financial industry and has been instrumental in the creation of Mitrade and its subsequent success. At its predecessor firm, Citi Asset Management, Terrence served as Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2006 before being named Chief Operating Officer of the newly formed Mitrade. Terrence joined Citi Asset Management in 2000 as Director of Planning. From 1997 to 2000, Terrence served as a Business Director across various product lines at Citi's Corporate and Investment Bank, including Project Finance, Asset-Backed Lending and Treasury. Previously, he held a number of positions including Director of Loan Syndication and Securitization at NatWest Bank’s Commercial Lending Division.
Terrence received his Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University and his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Adelphi University.
